Lynch-Backed Featurespace in Talks to Be Bought by Visa: Sky

A UK-based fraud detection software firm backed by late technology tycoon Mike Lynch is in advanced talks to be sold to Visa Inc., Sky News reported.

Cambridge-headquartered Featurespace Ltd. could be valued as high as £700 million ($925 million), Sky said, citing unnamed sources. The people said that a deal is yet to be formally agreed and could still fall apart.
