Clayton, based in New York, is joining Loop Capital as a vice president covering private equity, venture capital and initial public offerings, said the people, who asked to not be identified because the departure isn’t public.
A representative for Siebert Williams declined to comment, while a spokesperson for Loop Capital didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
