Boeing Co. parts supplier ZTM Inc. will face an appeal to Delaware’s top court of claims that it concealed its failure to renew certain subcontracts from the private equity group that purchased it for $80 million.
Accurus Aerospace Corp., a holding company controlled by Liberty Hall Capital Partners LP, acquired ZTM in 2016. Liberty pursued the deal based largely on the assumption—shared by both sides—that ZTM would renew its Boeing contracts, which accounted for two-thirds of its earnings, according to Chancery Court filings.
