Leonard Green-Backed WCG Clinical Is Said to Delay U.S. IPO

WCG Clinical Inc., which makes technology operating systems for clinical trials, has postponed a U.S. initial public offering to raise as much as $765 million, according to people with knowledge of the matter who asked not to be identified discussing private information.

The Princeton, New Jersey-based company had planned to price its offering on Wednesday and begin trading Thursday.

A representative for WCG Clinical didn’t immediately have a comment.

The company counts private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners LP, Arsenal Capital, Novo Holdings and Singapore’s GIC Pte among its largest investors, a filing with the U.S. ...
