KKR Said to Be in Talks With Pollen Street on Spain’s Hipoges

KKR & Co. Inc. is in advanced talks to sell its Spanish real estate management company Hipoges Iberia SL to Pollen Street Group Ltd., according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The discussions are ongoing and KKR could still decide not to pursue the deal or select another investor, people added, asking not to be named discussing private information.

Representatives from KKR and Pollen Street declined to comment.
