JPMorgan Software Research Analysts Auty, Ader Leave for SVB

JPMorgan Chase & Co. lost two research analysts to SVB Securities, the investment banking arm of SVB Financial Group, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Sterling Auty and Jackson Ader have resigned from their roles at JPMorgan as research analysts covering software companies to join the boutique investment bank, the person said, asking not to be identified discussing private information.

Representatives for SVB and JPMorgan declined to comment, as did Ader. Auty didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
