JPMorgan Hires Health Exec Kosaraju as Investment Banking Chair

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has rehired Sri Kosaraju, a former health-care executive, as a global chair of investment banking, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Kosaraju will advise health-care firms and report to Filippo Gori and John Simmons, co-heads of global banking, said the person, asking not to be identified discussing confidential information. He’ll be based in San Francisco, the person said.

A JPMorgan spokeswoman declined to comment.

Kosaraju previously served as chief executive officer of biomanufacturing company Inscripta, which combined with another firm last year. Before that, he was president of medical-device company Penumbra ...
