Jones Day Hires Frank Voon as Corporate Partner in Hong Kong

Frank Voon joined Jones Day as a partner in its corporate practice in Hong Kong, the firm announced Monday.

Voon advises on complex, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions across the automotive, health-care and life sciences, mining and energy, real estate, and technology industries. He represents multinational corporations and state-owned entities on their investments into and out of Asia, the firm said.

He joins from K&L Gates.
