Jefferies Said to Swoop Again for Credit Suisse FIG Dealmakers

Jefferies Financial Group Inc. has made a quick return to Credit Suisse Group AG to try and hire more financial institutions dealmakers from the Swiss firm, which is grappling with the fallout of the Archegos Capital Management loss.

George Maddison, a vice chairman in London, and Hugh Man, a managing director covering insurance companies, are both in discussions about leaving Credit Suisse for roles at Jefferies, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be named discussing confidential information.
