ITV Plc is examining plans for production arm ITV Studios, which includes selling a stake in order to boost its share price, the Financial Times reported Sunday.

ITV Studios has attracted interest for its production assets, the paper said, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter. CEO Carolyn McCall has been considering options prior to the approaches and is “open to doing something,” according to an unidentified person who had discussed a potential sale of the studios business with McCall.
