Bogota-based Instaleap offers specialized technology and fulfillment services to almost 100 grocery retailers in nearly 30 countries in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East, Instacart said in a statement Tuesday. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“With the addition of Instaleap’s technology, international expertise, and deep retail relationships, we can accelerate our international expansion and better serve retailers and consumers around the world,” said Instacart Chief Commercial Officer Ryan Hamburger in a statement.
