Inflexion Said to Weigh Sale of $2.7 Billion U.K. Fuel-Card Firm

Inflexion Private Equity Partners is considering options for Radius Payment Solutions, including a sale that could value the U.K. fuel cards and telematics firm at about 2 billion pounds ($2.7 billion), people familiar with the matter said.

The buyout firm is working with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. as it seeks to identify potential suitors for the business, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing confidential information. A sale of Radius could attract both strategic and private equity buyers, one of the people said.
