HSBC Holdings Plc has hired Ian Dorrington as global head of leveraged and acquisition finance, based in New York, according to an internal memo seen by Bloomberg News.
Dorrington joins from Deutsche Bank AG, where he was co-head of US leveraged finance. He will oversee HSBC’s global team across leveraged and acquisition finance origination and syndication, according to the memo, whose contents were confirmed by a spokeswoman.
