Harris Unloads More Apollo Shares, Pushing Stake Below Rowan’s

Josh Harris, the Apollo Global Management Inc. co-founder who left the private equity firm last year, continues to unload shares on a near-daily basis, pushing his disclosed ownership stake below that of Chief Executive Officer Marc Rowan.

The billionaire has sold about $213 million of Apollo stock since April 17, including $107 million over the past three weeks. His ownership in the firm slipped to 6.13%, or just below Rowan’s 6.14%, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

A spokesperson for Harris declined to comment.
