Goldman Sachs Group Inc. named Carsten Woehrn and Nimesh Khiroya co-heads of mergers and acquisitions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Woehrn, who joined from JPMorgan Chase & Co., will be based in London, according to an internal memo seen by Bloomberg News. Khiroya, who was previously head of activism and shareholder advisory in EMEA and head of Nordic M&A, will also continue to serve as co-head of UK investment banking.
Also according to the memo, Haidee Lee — another recent hire from JPMorgan — will join as global co-head of sponsor M&A, working alongside David Kamo. ...
