FTI Consulting Agrees to Buy Boutique Consultancy Delta Partners

FTI Consulting Inc., the U.S.-based corporate advisory firm, has agreed to acquire boutique consultancy Delta Partners to expand its offerings for telecommunications and technology clients.

The deal will see 150 billable professionals from Dubai-based Delta join FTI, the U.S. company said in a statement Monday, which confirmed an earlier Bloomberg News report that the two parties were in talks. Victor Font, Delta’s co-founder and chief executive officer, will join FTI as a senior managing director.
