Ex-Renault Executive Tapped to Run Spain Defense Champion Indra

A former Renault SA executive has been tapped as chief executive officer of Indra Sistemas SA, the defense firm whose largest shareholder is the Spanish government.

José Vicente de los Mozos was picked by Indra’s board to replace Ignacio Mateix, according to a regulatory filing late Thursday. As part of the succession plan, Mateix also resigned from the board but will remain as a strategic advisor for two years.
