Evercore Hires Goldman’s Global Head of Aerospace Tarulli

Evercore Inc. has poached another senior investment banker from Goldman Sachs Group Inc.

Michael Tarulli, the firm’s global head of aerospace, defense and government-services investment banking, will join Evercore as a senior managing director, according to people with knowledge of the matter, who asked not to be identified discussing private information.

Representatives for Evercore and Goldman Sachs declined to comment.

Tarulli is the latest high-profile banker to leave Goldman Sachs this month. Tammy Kiely, a co-head of the firm’s technology investment-banking group, also left for Evercore, Bloomberg News reported last week.
