ESR Bidding Group Is Said to Eye More Investors for Buyout (2)

A consortium seeking to acquire ESR Group Ltd.is in talks to bring in other partners for a potential buyout of the Asian logistics real estate firm and warehouse developer, according to people familiar with the matter.

Starwood Capital Group, Sixth Street Partners and SSW Partners have approached parties including Qatar Investment Authority and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing private information. Canada Pension Plan Investment Board has also been in talks about joining a take-private deal for ESR, the people said.
