Elon Musk Deposition Date in Twitter Case Changed to Oct. 6-7

Elon Musk is scheduled to answer questions Oct. 6 and Oct. 7 from Twitter Inc.’s lawyers on his bid to cancel a $44 billion purchase of the social-media platform.

The deposition will take place behind closed doors at a law office in Wilmington, Delaware, according to a court filing Tuesday. Musk was originally scheduled to sit for questioning in Delaware on Sept. 26 and 27. Twitter Chief Executive Officer Parag Agrawal was also due to answer questions Monday, but that deposition is being rescheduled.
