Eczacibasi Ilac to Sell Stake in Eczacibasi Monrol (Correct)

The Turkish pharmaceutical firm Eczacibasi Ilac is selling most of its stake in Eczacibasi Monrol joint venture for about 75 million euros ($81.3 million).

Istanbul-based Eczacibasi Ilac Sinai ve Finansal Yatirimlar Sanayi ve Ticaret AS signed a share purchase agreement to sell most of its shares in Eczacibasi Monrol Nukleer Urunler Sanayi ve Ticaret AS - known as Eczacibasi Monrol — that corresponds to 50% of the joint venture’s capital, according to a statement sent to Borsa Istanbul after market close on Friday.

Eczacibasi Ilac currently owns 57.5% of Eczacibasi Monrol.
