Duro-Last Owners Said to Weigh $1.1 Billion Sale of Roofing Firm

Duro-Last Inc.’s owners are considering a sale that could value the US roofing group at as much as $1.1 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.

Shareholders including the family of founder John R. Burt are working with an adviser to explore strategic options for the Saginaw, Michigan-based company, said the people, who asked to not be identified because the matter isn’t public.
