Dish to Close Boost Purchase From T-Mobile After Months of Talks

Dish Network Corp. is set to acquire the Boost wireless business from T-Mobile US Inc., after the companies spent months hammering out the specifics of a deal reached last year.

The transaction will close by July 1, Dish said in a regulatory filing, without providing terms. The companies had been working out details, such as whether Boost customers would get phones that work on T-Mobile’s network.
