Deutsche Bank Hires Morgan Stanley’s Kwok for Asia M&A

Deutsche Bank AG has hired Clarence Kwok as a managing director on its mergers and acquisitions team, according to a memo seen by Bloomberg News.

Kwok, most recently the head of M&A for Morgan Stanley Securities (China), will join Deutsche Bank as soon as September and will focus on North Asia, the memo shows. Kwok will be based in Hong Kong and report to Rohit Satsangi and Lim Zi-Kuan, the co-heads of M&A for Asia Pacific.
