Deutsche Bank Greater China M&A Co-Head Fu Is Said to Leave Firm

Deutsche Bank AG’s co-head of mergers and acquisitions for Greater China, Qiang Fu, has left the company, people familiar with the matter said.

Fu, who was also a managing director, left in mid-July, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because the information isn’t public.

A spokesperson for Deutsche Bank declined to comment. Fu couldn’t be reached for comment.

Fu’s departure follows a Deutsche Bank hiring spree in the past couple of years, with executives arriving from Wall Street rivals including Credit Suisse Group AG, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley.
