Dentsply Sirona Is Said to Weigh $1 Billion Split of Wellspect

Dentsply Sirona Inc., the world’s biggest maker of dental products and technologies, is exploring options including a carve-out of bladder and bowel-control product unit Wellspect HealthCare, according to people familiar with the matter.

The company, which is working with advisers, could seek a value of about $1 billion in a separation of the business, the people said, asking to not be identified because the discussions are private.
