CVC Weighs €3 Billion Stake in Gruppo San Donato, Corriere Says

CVC Capital Partners Plc could be ready to bid up to €3 billion ($3.1 billion) for a stake in Italian private hospital operator Gruppo San Donato, according to Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.

A bid from the investment firm would value a 30%-40% stake in the company at between €2 billion and €3 billion, Corriere reported on Saturday, without saying where it obtained the information.
