CSC Agrees to Buy Dutch Fund Servicer Intertrust for $2 Billion

Corporation Service Company agreed to buy Dutch tax and administration specialist Intertrust NV for about 1.8 billion euros ($2 billion) to expand its business with financial firms.

Intertrust’s management and supervisory boards support the 20 euro-per-share offer by CSC, the two companies said in a joint statement Monday. Intertrust shares surged 6.9% to 19.60 euros as of 9:32 a.m. in Amsterdam.
