Credit Suisse Hires J&J Exec Kerrane for Health-Care Deals

A Johnson & Johnson executive with a dealmaking background is leaving the pharmaceutical giant to join Credit Suisse Group AG, where he had worked earlier in his career.

Peter Kerrane is joining the firm as a managing director in its health-care investment banking group covering large pharmaceutical companies, according to a memo from the Zurich-based lender reviewed by Bloomberg.
