CK Hutchison’s Italian Subsidiary Agrees to Buy Opnet’s Assets

CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd.’s Italian unit, Wind Tre SpA, agreed to buy the infrastructure and commercial activities of telecommunication services firm Opnet SpA.

Opnet, a wireless broadband operator formerly known as Linkem, said the accord is part of its strategy to get value from assets, according to a statement published on its website on Saturday. It didn’t disclose terms of the deal.
