Citigroup Hires Stifel Banker for Health-Care Banking Team

Citigroup Inc. has hired Alena Antigua as a managing director focused on health-care information technology deals from Stifel Financial Corp.

Based in Chicago, Antigua will join Citigroup in October, reporting to Nishant Jadav, global head of health-care services investment banking, according to an internal memo reviewed by Bloomberg News.

She joined Stifel in 2022 and focused on health-care information technology at the firm. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at Jefferies Financial Group Inc.

“Alena brings a wealth of experience in M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory services,” Jadav said in the memo.
