Christian Candy has sold a luxury estate 20 miles west of London for about £125 million ($152 million), the Financial Times reported, citing people briefed on the transaction.

The property developer bought the Cheval Manor property in 2015 for £29 million, filings show. He then bought up neighboring plots to eventually assemble a sprawling collection of buildings connected by tunnels that was dubbed Candyland by the UK media. The buyer of the property was from the Middle East, the FT said.
