Chinese Firm Seeks Approval for Ukraine Deal That Alarmed U.S.

Beijing Skyrizon Aviation and Ukrainian investment company DCH filed application to Ukrainian antitrust agency seeking approval to buy a stake in local aerospace engine maker Motor Sich, according to a statement by Beijing Xinwei Technology on Chinese regulatory wire.

  • Skyrizon, DCH announced on Monday that they plan to work together to develop Motor Sich; DCH hasn’t responded to emailed request to clarify form of cooperation
