China Logistics Takeover Talks With ESR-JD Group Said to Stall

Talks between a consortium consisting of ESR Cayman Ltd. and JD Logistics Inc. and China Logistics Property Holdings Ltd. owners over the sale of a controlling stake have stalled over valuation concerns, according to people familiar with the matter.

The group has been in negotiations with major shareholder RRJ Capital to take over the Hong Kong-listed company after being shortlisted as one of the final bidders, the people said.
