Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft’s general counsel is joining Dentons as global chief legal officer, extending a string of exits from New York’s oldest law firm ahead of a planned merger.
Beth Taylor was Cadwalader’s top in-house lawyer for 14 years and will begin her new role Feb. 2, Dentons said in a statement Monday. Her move to the global law firm comes a little more then one month after Cadwalader said it was merging with Hogan Lovells.
