Billionaire Vitek Mulls Potential Sale of CPI Property, HN Says

Czech billionaire Radovan Vitek is considering a scenario under which he might sell his CPI Property Group SA, Hospodarske Noviny reported, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.

While Vitek has not made a decision to sell his company, he is getting interest from potential buyers, including J&T, the newspaper said on Monday. One of the biggest real estate investors in central Europe is thinking about the future of his business as he’s going through a divorce, according to Hospodarske Noviny.

“We don’t comment on market speculation,” CPIPG’s spokesman Jakub Velen said when contacted by Bloomberg News.
