Billionaire Jacobson’s Family Office Buys Signage Business (1)

Mitchell Jacobson‘s family office JFI is partnering with Rubelmann Capital to acquire Priority Inc., a business specializing in corporate signage and branding.

The acquisition comes as Sheboygan, Wisconsin-based Priority works with clients such as fast food and casual restaurant chains and other companies such as Microsoft Corp. and SoulCycle Inc. to redesign internal and external spaces as they respond to Covid restrictions.

“We look forwarding to working with our leadership team at Priority to enhance our capabilities, grow this company and drive the signage and branded environment business even further,” Jacobson said in a statement Tuesday.
