Billionaire Jacobs’ QXO Seeks $2 Billion in Share Sale (3)

QXO Inc. is seeking to raise $2 billion in a share sale, as the building products distributor led by billionaire Brad Jacobs pursues a takeover.

The Greenwich, Connecticut-based firm is pricing its shares at $22.25 apiece after marketing them for $22.25 to $23.25 in an overnight share sale, according to a company announcement.

QXO intends to use proceeds from the offering for purposes that may include funding future acquisitions, it said.
