Billionaire Patrick Drahi’s Altice France SA is considering the sale of a controlling stake in SFR amid buyer interest in a deal that could value the French mobile carrier at as much as €30 billion ($34 billion) including debt, according to people familiar with the matter.

The company has sent information on SFR to potential buyers in recent weeks, the people said.
