The investment firm would pay more than $1 billion to acquire two Four Seasons resorts, including the one at Disney World in Orlando and a second hotel in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, according to people familiar with the transaction. The Florida property is valued at roughly $750 million, one of the people said.
