BDT & MSD Near $1 Billion Deal That Includes Disney Four Seasons

BDT & MSD Partners is close to acquiring a Four Seasons resort in Orlando from Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. in a rare deal for a hotel located on a Walt Disney Co. property.

The investment firm would pay more than $1 billion to acquire two Four Seasons resorts, including the one at Disney World in Orlando and a second hotel in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, according to people familiar with the transaction. The Florida property is valued at roughly $750 million, one of the people said.

Representatives for BDT & MSD and Host declined to comment.
