Bank of America Hires Handful of Bankers to Boost Industrial M&A

Bank of America Corp. has recruited several dealmakers from competitors including UBS Group AG and Deutsche Bank AG to bolster its industrials team, as it seeks to keep its momentum in the sector, according to memos reviewed by Bloomberg News.

The new hires include George Murphy, who joins from Royal Bank of Canada’s RBC Capital Markets as head of North America business and industrial services in New York, the memo shows.
