Bank of America Appoints Brabazon as Co-Head of Global M&A

Bank of America Corp. appointed Eamon Brabazon as co-head of global mergers and acquisitions, according to a memo from the bank.

Brabazon will work alongside
Ivan Farman and report to co-heads of global investment banking, Alex Bettamio and Thomas Sheehan, the company said in the memo seen by Bloomberg News. Brabazon will remain based in London.

A spokesperson for the bank confirmed the contents of the memo. Reuters reported the news earlier.
