Baker Botts Nabs King & Spalding Partner to Lead West Coast M&A

Joseph Halloum joined Baker Botts as a partner and West Coast M&A Chair in its Palo Alto office, the firm announced Tuesday.

Halloum, who joins from King & Spalding, advises on public and private acquisitions, take-privates, carve-outs, growth investments, joint ventures, and reorganizations. He also counsels boards of directors, senior management, and private equity funds on corporate governance and strategic matters, the firm said.
