Ardianis considering a sale of European specialty logistics provider Staci amid consolidation in the industry, according to people familiar with the matter.

The private equity firm is speaking with potential advisers as it studies a divestment of its majority stake in the business, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because the information is private. A transaction could value the Paris-based business at 1 billion euros ($1 billion) or more, the people said.
