APi Group Announces $300 Million Deal for Safety Businesses

Industrial services company APi Group Corp. agreed to acquire privately-held SK FireSafety Group from Apax Partners France.

APi Group announced the acquisition of the European company, as well as three separate U.S. businesses in safety and specialty services, on Monday. APi will pay $300 million for these four businesses combined, which will add $200 million of revenue to APi Group in 2021, according to a statement, which confirmed a report in Bloomberg News.
