Alan Holliday has rejoined McGuireWoods as a partner in the debt finance practice in London, the firm said Wednesday.
He focuses on cross-border debt finance and corporate law, particularly drafting and negotiating credit facility agreements for borrowers and lenders, according to McGuireWoods.
Holliday served as a senior legal officer at The Co-operative Bank PLC, McGuireWoods said.
