Zulily Must Face Layoff Claims From Fired Remote Workers

Zulily LLC will have to face proposed class action claims that the company violated the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act when it refused to pay remote workers the same layoff pay or provide them the same notice received by its in-person workforce.
