Zscaler Inc. was hit with claims that its cloud safety products infringe DataCloud Technologies LLC’s data storage patents.
DataCloud filed a complaint in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas Tuesday accusing Zscaler, an online threat protection company, of selling products that use methods and technology similar to those covered by four DataCloud patents. The patents at issue are 6,651,063; 7,209,959; 7,398,298; and 8,370,457.
