Software company ZipStorm Inc. is requesting a federal court declare that its “Seekout” trademarks don’t infringe the intellectual property rights of Australian-based company Seek Limited.
Delaware-based ZipStorm has provided recruiting and talent optimization tools to employers through its Seekout software as service platform since 2017, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington. The company sells its products and services through a website located at www.seekout.com, the complaint says.
