Zillow Inc. has settled a proposed class action over claims it charged realtors a fee for posting listings on its StreetEasy online platform before hiding them from public view while continuing to charge the fee.
The parties reached a “full and final” settlement agreement and agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice if the terms of the settlement are carried out, according to the joint notice filed Tuesday to Judge James L. Robart with the US District Court for the Western District of Washington. The settlement’s terms weren’t disclosed.
